PURPOSE
Pico ARCHITECTURE inc. is acting as Prime Consultants for Manitoba Central Services, Accommodation Services Division (ASD) and are inviting submissions for pre-qualification of General Contractors to complete a secure enclosed outdoor exercise area (Bull pen) at The Pas Correctional Centre.
SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS
To pre-qualify to submit on the forthcoming request for bid (tender), Contractors must demonstrate an experience base and proficiency specific to the project type and dollar value. Proponents are strongly encouraged to craft their submission specifically in response to this project and the requirements of the Owner in order to convey the Proponents Qualifications and Understanding of this Project type.
Proponents must submit two (2) hardcopies of their proposal in a sealed envelope, including a letter of transmittal on the proponent's letterhead, signed by the appropriate officer(s), on or before 2:00 p.m. local time, on March 11th, 2020.
