Description

The Province of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), through the Department of Consumer Protection and Government Services (CPGS) and the Department of Education and Early Childhood Learning (EECL) is seeking competitive proposals for a supplier to provide Technical Advisory Services for a bundle of nine public school buildings being procured using a Design-Build-Finance-Maintain (DBFM) Public-Private Partnership (P3) methodology. Manitoba is seeking a Technical Advisor that has the technical capabilities, qualifications and demonstrated experience to deliver the requirements set out in this RFP. The Technical Advisor may be an architectural / engineering firm or a consortium of consultants.

The Technical Advisor will not be eligible to participate in the private DBFM consortium team.

Deadline for questions is May 30, 2023 at 4:00 PM local time. All questions are to be submitted to the RFP Contact via email at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca.

Submission Deadline is June 6, 2023 at 2:00:00 PM local time. Proposals must be submitted through MERX Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”) System. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
