This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing to prospective proponents to submit proposals for security upgrades as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3).

CPPD requires the services of an Electrical Contractor for Security Upgrade Projects in Winnipeg at the low rise, residential building located at 210 Ellen Street. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply, installation and commissioning of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom systems and site lighting. Work site location will be occupied during construction.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for January 18, 2022 at 10:00AM local time. Bidders who wish to attend the site visit must pre-register with the project lead via email at paul.surgeoner@gov.mb.ca prior to the end of day of January 17, 2022.
When pre-registering, provide the name of the individual attending the site visit along with their email and telephone contact information.

Bidders are to meet at 210 Ellen St., Winnipeg, MB
Your attendance will be checked off and confirmed by the Project Lead.

Physical distancing will be strictly enforced. A mask must be worn during the site visit.

Deadline for questions is January 26, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca
