The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Asset Management seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide construction services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the roof replacements on two buildings located at the Headingley Correctional Centre, 6030 Portage Avenue, Headingley, Manitoba.

If applicable, written correspondence from the Contract Administrator approving a substitute in accordance with Section B5.0
If applicable, Approved Alternative Price Form (Form D5)
Contractor's Certification Form - Legislative and Safety Requirements of Manitoba (Form D6)
Proposed High Level Schedule for the Project (Form D9) along with Gantt Chart
Evidence of good standing membership with both the Roofing Contractors Association of Manitoba and the Canadian Roofing Contractors Association.
