Description

Background

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services, Accommodation Services Division, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide roof replacement services as outlined in the contract documents (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for multiple buildings located at the Milner Ridge Correctional Centre.

Purpose and Scope

The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to obtain Bids from qualified Contractors to provide the Work described in this RFT and for Manitoba to enter into an Agreement with the Bidder whose Bid is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba.

The Agreement shall commence at contract award and complete as per the specified delivery schedules identified in section F5.0 – Critical Dates.

See Appendix “A” - Specifications and Drawings for a full description of the Work sought.

Site Examination(s)

1. Bidders MUST attend site examination / visit on January 31, 2020 at 10:00 am.
2. Bidders shall meet in the Lobby of the Administration Building at the Milner Ridge Correctional Centre. Bidders are asked to pre-register for the site examination by notifying the Project Coordinator at Nicole.Thomas@gov.mb.ca prior to January 31st.
