The Department of Central Services, Asset Management, Real Estate and Contracts Services (AM) is seeking office accommodations consisting of approximately 20,700 useable square feet, distributed over no more than two contiguous floors above grade in Winnipeg, Manitoba for a term of ten (10) years with two additional five (5) year options to renew. Occupancy must be available by June 1, 2023.
The Leased Accommodations must be located within the described boundaries;
MACY BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION
- North side of Portage Avenue from the east side of Garry Street to the point where Broadway intersects Portage Avenue
- South side of Portage Avenue from Broadway to the west side of Vaughan Street
- West side of Vaughan Street from Portage Avenue to the south side of Graham Avenue
- South side of Graham Avenue from west side of Vaughan Street to the east side of Garry Street
- East side of Garry Street from the south side of Graham Avenue to the north side of Portage Avenue
- Parking requirements as set out in further detail in the invitation documents
Proposals must be submitted on the Invitation documents supplied by AM, and completed in accordance with the conditions set forth therein.
The receipt or opening of any proposal is not acceptance; acceptance of any proposal may only be made in writing by AM; and there is no obligation by AM to accept the lowest or any proposal.
