This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an Interior and Exterior Refresh as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3).
CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for Interior and Exterior Refresh work in single family home from South Indian Lake. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to replacement of windows, entrance doors, roof, raingear, exterior siding and step/landing/handrails. The interior work includes replacement of Cabinets and countertops, new kitchen taps and sinks. All flooring will require replacement. Bathroom toilet and also kitchen faucet & plumbing underneath will also be replaced. Interior & entrance doors, frames and hardware are to be replaced. The electrical fixtures to be upgraded as well. Work site location will not be occupied during construction
