This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an Interior and Exterior Refresh as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3).

CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for an Interior & Exterior Refresh of two single family units in Cross Lake. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, exterior ,interior ,electrical ,mechanical and fire life safety . Work site location will not be occupied during construction.

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:

Proponents are to meet at the entrance prior to 2:00 PM to sign the site attendance sheet.

Masks must be worn when entering any Manitoba Housing properties.

Attendance at the site visit/pre-bid meeting will be confirmed and recorded.

Deadline for questions June 14, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the
Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca

Bid submission deadline is June 21, 2022 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
