This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an interior refresh at L17 P6076, 16 Toobad Ave., and (63) 2nd Street, Brochet, MB as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3).
The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of Cabinets and countertops, new kitchen taps and sinks. All flooring will require replacement. Bathroom toilet and also kitchen faucet & plumbing underneath will also be replaced. Interior & entrance doors, frames and hardware are to be replaced. The electrical fixtures to be upgraded as well. The community of Brochet, is a fly-in community with the absence of all weather road. Also, the community is accessible via winter road by land, which normally opens during the month of January and be closed on March depending on the weather condition. Work site location will not be partially occupied during construction.
