Description

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing & Renewal Corporation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an Interior Refresh.

The work includes but not limited to replacement of Cabinets and countertops, new kitchen taps and sinks. Flooring will require replacement for one unit. Bathroom toilet and also kitchen faucet & plumbing underneath will also be replaced. Interior & entrance doors, and hardware are to be
replaced for one unit. The electrical fixtures to be upgraded as well. The community of Lyn Lake, is located approximately 350 km north of Thompson, and accessible by all weather road. CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for Interior Refresh for three, 4-Bedroom Single family units from Lyn Lake. All three units are currently vacant.

Deadline for questions February 23, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca
