Description

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an Interior Refresh as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix3)

CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for Interior Refresh in single family units 12 & 24 Brandon Crescent in Thompson. Work site location will not be occupied during construction.

An optional site visit will is scheduled on March 3, 2022 at 2:00 PM local time.
Physical distancing will be strictly enforced and mask are mandatory.

Deadline for questions March 10, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca

Bid submission deadline is March 17, 2022 at 2:00:00 P.M. CST. This is an e-bid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
