This bid opportunity is open to all interested suppliers.
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the exterior and interior renovation of the three units as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3).

The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, site, exterior, interior, electrical, mechanical and fire/life and safety. Work site locations are vacant during construction.

An optional site visit will is scheduled on January 20, 2022 at 1:00 PM local time.
Physical distancing will be strictly enforced and mask are mandatory.

Deadline for questions January 25, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca

Bid submission deadline is February 1, 2022 at 2:00:00 P.M. CST. This is an e-bid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
