Description

This bid opportunity is open to all interested suppliers.
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the exterior and interior refresh in Wanless Manitoba as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3).

The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: Site work & Exterior to all the units and 50-1 & 2 -2nd St. includes interior refresh. Work site location are all occupied during construction except for 50-1 & 2 which is vacant.

An optional site visit will is scheduled on February 23, 2022 at 1:30 PM local time.
Physical distancing will be strictly enforced and mask are mandatory.

Deadline for questions March 2, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca

Bid submission deadline is March 9, 2022 at 2:00:00 P.M. CST. This is an e-bid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
