GS2022-19-P-7553 - Exterior Retrofit, Site Work and Mechanical Upgrades

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an Interior and Exterior Refresh, Mechanical Upgrades and Site Work as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3).

CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for Exterior Retrofit - Site and Mechanical Upgrades in eight (8) single family dwellings and two (2) duplex dwellings. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, exterior wall cladding, window and door replacements and lighting replacements, ventilation upgrades, sidewalk and parking lot replacement, site regrading, fencing replacement, and miscellaneous associated work.
Work site location will be partially occupied during construction.

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:

Proponents are to meet at the entrance prior to 10:00 AM to sign the site attendance sheet.

Attendance at the site visit will be confirmed and recorded.

Deadline for questions June 21, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the
Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca

Bid submission deadline is June 30, 2022 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an e-bid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
