GS2022-14-P-85164 - Exterior Retrofit, Mechanical Upgrades and Site Work

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an Exterior Retrofit, Mechanical Upgrade and Site Works as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3).

CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for exterior retrofit, mechanical upgrade and site work at three semi-detached side-by-sides located at 353 A&B Boyd, 355 A&B Boyd and 850 A&B Magnus Avenue Winnipeg MB. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, work identified in specification section 01 11 00 Summary of Work. Work site location will be occupied during construction.

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:

Proponents are to meet at the entrance prior to 10:00 AM to sign the site attendance sheet.

Masks must be worn when entering any Manitoba Housing properties.

Attendance at the site visit/pre-bid meeting will be confirmed and recorded.

Deadline for questions May 31, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the
Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca

Bid submission deadline is June 9, 2022 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an e-bid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
