Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection, and Government Services - Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an exterior retrofit, mechanical upgrades and site work project as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).

CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for exterior retrofit, mechanical upgrades and site work for two 2-storey townhouse style buildings that are made up of four 3-bedroom units and five 2-bedroom units.
An optional site visit will be held on March 15, 2022 at 10:00 AM local time. Attendees are to meet at 326 Talbot Ave., Winnipeg, MB. All public health orders in effect at the time of the site visit will be enforced. Attendees are required to wear a mask to the site visit.
Deadline for questions is March 22, 2022 at 4:00 PM local time. Questions are to be submitted to cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. No communication is to be directed to any other source.

Submission deadline is March 31, 2022 at 2:00:00 PM local time. Proposals must be submitted through MERX Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”) System. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
