Description

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing & Renewal Corporation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an exterior refresh, mechanical upgrades and site work for 35 townhouses and 15 maisonette as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3).

An optional site visit is scheduled on February 3, 2022 at 10:30 AM local time.
Physical distancing will be strictly enforced and mask are mandatory.

Deadline for questions February 17, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca

Bid submission deadline is February 24, 2022 at 2:00:00 P.M. CST. This is an e-bid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
