This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection and Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing & Renewal (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an emergency replacement of elevator hoist machine and motor for 249-9th Street, Brandon, MB as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).
CPPD requires the services of an Elevator Contractor for an emergency replacement of elevator hoist machine and motor of one elevator in a 6 storey building. Work site location will be partially occupied during construction.

Deadline for questions is February 3, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca
