This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a complete hydraulic elevator modernization at 528 Hudson Street, Winnipeg, MB as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3).

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:

Date and Time:         June 16, 2022 at 10:00 AM local time

Proponents are to meet at in the front lobby of 528 Hudson St., Winnipeg, MB prior to 10:00 AM local time to sign the site attendance sheet.

Deadline for questions June 23, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the
Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca

Bid submission deadline is July 6, 2022 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.

Please note the supplementary conditions have been updated for the CCDC 2 2020 version of the contract.
