Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a complete hydraulic elevator modernization at 30-13th Street North, Brandon, MB as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:

Location: 30 13th Street North, Brandon, MB
Date and Time: June 1, 2022 at 11:00 AM local time

Proponents are to meet at the front entrance prior to 11:00 AM to sign the site attendance sheet.

Attendance at the site visit will be confirmed and recorded.

Deadline for questions June 3, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the
Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca

Bid submission deadline is June 16, 2022 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid
submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form
of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents
carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
