This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Municipal Relations (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Leaf Rapids deconstruction of housing units and expansion of landfill as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3).
An optional pre-bid meeting has been scheduled as follows:
Location: Microsoft Teams meeting
Date and Time: April 26, 2022 11:00 AM local time

Optional attendance at the pre-bid meeting is recommended for all general contractors and sub trades.

Proponents are to pre-register by email at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. A link to the meeting will be sent as confirmation of attendance. It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting. Deadline for registration is April 25, 2022 by 4:00 PM local time. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting will be confirmed and recorded.

If proponents wish to actually attend the site, they may do so at any time.
Deadline for question is April 27, 2022 at 4:00 PM local time. All questions are to be submitted to cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca.
Submission deadline is May 5, 2022 at 2:00:00 PM local time. Proposals must be submitted through MERX Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”) System. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
