Manitoba Finance (FIN) is accepting proposals from qualified Architects and/or Engineering firms to act as the Prime Consultant providing the full scope of services in relation to the project described in the attachments.

There will be a scheduled site visit for this RFP on November 9, 2018 at 2:00 PM.
Consultants wishing to view the site are to advise the Project Manager at least two working days prior to the date of attendance.
Drawings shall be provided to the consultants at the time of the site visit.
