Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services ("Manitoba") is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to act as the Construction Manager ("CM") to provide construction management services as further described in this RFP; and for Manitoba to enter into a Contract with the Proponent whose Proposal is deemed to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.
The project will include the renovations to the Dauphin Court House and conversion of the former Dauphin Correctional Centre into expanded court facilities, Dauphin, Manitoba, as further described in this RFP (the "Project").

Event Note

One representative from each Proponent organization will be required to attend a mandatory site visit and project overview meeting at the Dauphin Court House. Travel arrangements, incidental costs (such as meals or accommodations) and time costs will be the responsibility of each Proponent. Proponents must register for the mandatory site visit and Project overview meeting with the Manitoba Contact (identified on the title page of the RFP documents) by no later than 2:00 PM, July 27, 2020.
