Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services ("Manitoba") is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to act as the Construction Manager ("CM") to provide construction management services as further described in this RFP; and for Manitoba to enter into a Contract with the Proponent whose Proposal is deemed to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.
The project will include the repair of underground service tunnels from the Legislative building to the Central Power House, including secondary tunnels to the Law Courts and Land Titles Buildings located at 450 Broadway, 219 Memorial Blvd., 408 York Avenue, and 433 Broadway as further described in this RFP (the "Project").
