Description

Background

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services, Accommodation Services Division, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide boiler replacement (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for Brandon VEMA at 1525 First Street, Brandon, Manitoba.

Purpose and Scope

The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to obtain Bids from qualified Contractors to provide the Work described in this RFT and for Manitoba to enter into an Agreement with the Bidder whose Bid is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba.

The Agreement shall commence at contract award and complete as per the specified delivery schedules identified in section F5.0 – Critical Dates.

See Appendix “A” - Specifications and Drawings for a full description of the Work sought.

Site Examination

Site examination is not mandatory. A non-mandatory site examination is scheduled for 1:00 PM March 16, 2020.
Bidders will meet in the foyer of the Main Entrance doors on the North side of Brandon VEMA, 1525 First Street, Brandon, Manitoba.
