If applicable, written correspondence from the Contract Administrator approving a substitute in accordance with Section B5.0;
If applicable, Approved Alternative Price Form (Form D5);
Contractor's Certification Form - Legislative and Safety Requirements of Manitoba (Form D6); and
Proposed High Level Schedule for the Project (Form D9)

The Bid Bond and Agreement to Bond shall consist of the following components:
