Description

Three new shower rooms installed as part of a renovation to the Grand Beach Provincial Park Campground Services Building do not have proper, positive drainage to the new drains. These stalls require the application of a non-slip epoxy flooring product to ensure water moves towards the new drains. This will require adding elevation to the floor within the shower rooms to create positive drainage to the floor drains, as required, while maintaining wheelchair accessibility in the rooms and meeting the existing door/threshold levels. Alternative solutions to the use of epoxy flooring will be considered and may be provided as an alternate price item.
