The Whiteshell Provincial Park Falcon Lake Maintenance Shop Building was destroyed by fire in March 2018. Parks staff cleared the debris in order to provide room for a new building.

This design-build project will include the design and construction of a new 60’ by 60’ building including concrete floor. Building must be insulated and finished. Park staff will complete any additional finishing work.

Parks Regional staff will undertake site preparation, utility hookups and any landscape work to integrate the building into its location.

Interested bidders must attend the Mandatory Site Meeting on Friday, October 4, 2019, 11:00 am at the Falcon Lake District Maintenance Yard to review the existing site conditions and to ask any questions about the work or the RFQ.
