Manitoba is seeking a qualified vendor to validate and analyze the air quality data which will support Manitoba in the development of public annual reports on the achievement of the Canadian Ambient Air Quality Standards (CAAQS). The scope of work also includes the development of Weight of Evidence (WOE) for applicable parameters and summary reports for each year.
