Description

Perry & Perry Architects Inc, is conducting a call for Bids on behalf of March of Dimes Canada, Non-Profit Housing Corporation to obtain an offer to perform work to complete a “Phase II Expansion 2915 Bancroft Drive Sudbury,ON”, for New construction of a Congregate Care Home of approximately 12,500 SF and related site work.

The Contract Documents are identified as Project Number 17- 1522 – New Congregate Care Home as prepared by Perry & Perry Architects Inc.
Bid Documents are made available only for the purpose of obtaining offers for this project. Their use does not confer a license or grant for other purposes.

General Contract Bidders must:
1) Register in Merx.
2) Submit a signed copy of the Confidentiality / Non-Disclosure Agreement available on Merx, to the Bid Administrator, Chris Perry at cperry@pparchitects.com prior to downloading all documents, and attendance at mandatory site visit. (Access to download will be granted as confirmation of receipt of the signed Agreement). All confidentiality non- disclosure agreements must be received by October 12th at 9 am.
3) Download documents through the Merx website.
4) Attend the Mandatory Site Examination & Bidder’s Briefing in October. For Sub-Contractors - attendance is recommended, but not mandatory. The site Examination is only open to those General Contract Bidders who have completed the previous 3 steps. Questions will be received by the Bid Administrator until October 24th at 2 pm.
All four steps must be completed in order to submit a bid. We appreciate your interest and participation.

Additional Information

Drawings are available through the Merx download in PDF format and will not be provided in hard copy format during the bid period. Drawings and Specifications may be printed at the bidder’s convenience and expense.
A Conflict of Interest Declaration is included in the document and must be signed and submitted as part of the Bid submission.

Completed submissions must be delivered in hard copy up to 2:00pm on October 31st, 2017.
