Description

The purpose of this non-binding RFP is to acquire a vendor that can assist MODC with the following work:

Over the next 2 years, the After Stroke Program at MODC will develop several documents as a part of a toolkit to guide the design and implementation of peer support programs for people impacted by stroke. The documents will undergo at least 2 rounds of testing and/or reviewing. With each round, the documents will be updated. The After Stroke Program is looking for a designer to help make the documents within the toolkit user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing when viewed in a digital format and when printed.
The final versions of the documents need to be translated into French, while still being user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing. Responding Proponents to this RFP are requested to indicate if they have the capacity to provide translation services.
