Description

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for March of Dimes Canada to contract with a Proponent to repave and provide parking lot upgrades to our National Office located at 10 Overlea Blvd, Toronto, ON M4H 1A4. Please refer to Part 2 - Deliverables and Submission of Proposal (Technical Portion) for more information on the requirements. This document sets out the requirements for the Proponent’s proposal and specifies the evaluation criteria and Proponent selection process. The Proponent must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the requirements. This RFP is issued jointly by March of Dimes Canada (herein after referred to as ‘MODC’) and Engtec Consulting Inc. (herein after referred to as the ‘Engineer/Consultant’) and will be eventuated jointly as well.
