Description

The purpose of this non-binding Request for Proposals (RFP) is to provide prospective Proponents with information that will enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for labour relations consulting services for March of Dimes Canada (“MODC”). Consulting services will include serving as the main negotiator in bargaining with the MODC’s recognized employee organizations and advising MODC staff in matters related to employer-employee relations. MODC seeks a collaborative partnership with a qualified service provider who will assist MODC in meeting its goals and objectives while maintaining positive and respectful relationships with MODC’s employee organizations.
