PR2115 - Father Lacombe Care Centre Senior's Development

M3 Development Management Ltd. (“M3”) acting as Project Manager, on behalf of Father Lacombe Care Society (“FLCS” or “Client”), invites Proponent’s to submit a proposal to highlight their qualifications for the new Father Lacombe Care Centre Project (“FLCC” or “the Project”). M3 has been engaged by FLCS to provide comprehensive project management services for the Project and will conduct the required administration process regarding this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).

FLCS is now seeking a Construction Management partner to provide project preconstruction leadership and to collaborate with the FLCS, Project Manager and Project Designers as an integrated planning, design and construction unit to lead the delivery of the Project to a successful conclusion. This is an ambitious and socially contributing project that is targeted to have site enabling construction activities started no later than Q2 2025. The anticiapted development is roughly 158,000 SF and 4 stories, consisting of 140 beds.
