Description

LOFT is seeking competitive proposals from qualified Commercial Real Estate Brokerage companies to represent LOFT in the sale, through a listing agreement, of one of its locations in Toronto, which is comprised of two semi-detached homes. LOFT may also use the services of the successful proponent to help LOFT in the sale or purchase of other real property assets during the term of the resulting agreement, including the purchase of an asset to replace the property that is currently being sold in order to relocate the individuals that have been housed in this location.
