Description

Multi-language interpretation and translation services are required by LAO’s toll-free call centre (Client Lawyer Support Centre, or CLSC), by LAO’s Brydges Hotline service, by LAO’s Regional Services, by LAO-funded legal clinics and Student Legal Aid Services Societies (SLASS), and by other LAO staff providing services to legal aid clients.

LAO is seeking a service provider that has the depth, breadth and quality of resources necessary to provide the multi-language interpretation and translation services requested under this RFP.

Your Costing Response must be in a separate password protected file. LAO must receive this password from the vendor within forty-eight (48) hours from the time the Bid is submitted. If LAO does not receive this password within this time it may reject the Bid.

Pricing Form

Provide a copy in MS Excel format or provide the pricing requirement(s) in the pricing form table(s) as per the RFP. Pricing requirements must align with the Deliverables of the RFP. Proponents may not amend this pricing form in any way other than by providing the requested information in the table.
