The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure the services of a 3rd party vendor to deliver by telephone point of arrest, experienced, multi-lingual, criminal law advisory services and other administrative services to detained or arrested individuals including youths.
The successful proponent will provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
