Description

Kensington Health is seeking an Information Technology Plan that will support the organization in the medium term. This will be used to inform requirements to overhaul Front and Back office systems to ensure they can meet the requirements of Kensington Health’s ambitions to provide non-profit, community based, high-quality long-term care, hospice and community care, cancer screening, radiology, and ophthalmology. Kensington Health is also a lead organizer in the Mid-West Toronto Ontario Health Team and is seeking infrastructural components that will permit widespread collaboration and information sharing between a vast array of health service provider organizations.
