The Work comprises of:

 3rd Street South - full block replacement of approximately 322 metres of 150 millimetre diameter water main and approximately 285 metres of 200 millimetre diameter sewer main, includes both water and sewer services, catch basin installation, removals, approximately 240 metres of retaining wall installation and total surface restoration;
 5th Street South Valve – remove and replacement of an existing 300 diameter water valve;
 6th Street South Back Lane – remove and replace approximately 75 metres of 200 millimetres diameter of sanitary sewer main and 37.5 millimetre diameter water main, including insulation and heat trace with the installation of 2 sanitary sewer manholes;
 8th Street South Back Lane – remove and replace approximately 94 metres of 200 millimetre diameter sanitary sewer main and 150 millimetre diameter water main, includes one hydrant assembly installation.
