Canada Post Group of Companies has been using Winshuttle platform for over 15 years. There are approximately 20 forms and 1,200 scripts spread across various business workstreams that they use today to process critical business data into SAP. License types used at CPC: Studio Developer User (42), Studio Runner (28) and Standard User (305).
Innovapost will be responsible for the Evolve end user access, SAP Security Roles, and all the server support. Innovapost is looking to procure Evolve Development & Support Services to help support our CPC clients. We are looking for support services on existing solutions, scripts queries for Winshuttle Evolve. Innovapost works as the IT enablement partner for Canada Post for many areas including Evolve. As a result, team members from both Innovapost and Canada Post may be involved in various stages of the support. We recently migrated CPC over from Winshuttle 10.7 to the latest version of Evolve 20.

- Break fixes
- New Winshuttle Transaction and Query scripts
- Enhancements to existing form / workflows
- Winshuttle dashboard development
- Road-mapping / Strategy
- Process architectural design
- Requirements gathering
- Proof of concept/value
- Ticket Reporting
- Bi-weekly cadence calls to review Open Tickets
- Training
This would be an annual contract with the option to renew on a yearly basis.
