Description

The Project as specified in the RFP requires the PMSC to provide oversight on all contract administration services, and other specialized consultant services as described in this Schedule A and the RFP, including complete coordination with the Prime Consultant.

The construction phase is estimated to start in July 2018 with the Substantial Performance scheduled for July 2019. PMSC will be integrated into the project team immediately upon the contract award. The PMSC team will lead the Project under the oversight of IO during the design phase, construction duration and all post occupancy requirements. The PMSC team will also include an Independent Health and Safety Specialist, Independent Commissioning Agent and Lead Contract Administrator.
