18-171 - MAG Superior Court Amalgamation Supply Deliver and Install Beam Seating

Infrastructure Ontario (“IO”) on behalf of the Ministry of the Attorney General (“MAG”) is undertaking the leasehold improvements (LHI) construction at 330 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario (“the Project”). The Project involves the LHI of approximately 68,000 square feet over five (5) floors within 330 University Avenue. The Project is composed of public tribunal areas, and general office space, including trial coordination service areas for the public. The Project will be split into two (2) phases of construction to align with MAG’s operational requirements. The first phase will consist of the basement and the 5th and 8th floors, with partial work being completed on floors 7 and 9. The remaining areas on floors 7 and 9 will be completed in the second phase. This scope will include, but is not limited to, the following: supply and installation of courtroom beam seating, public area beam seating and miscellaneous accessories.
