Description

The purpose of this RFP is to identify a training provider to deliver a Challenging Conversations training program for IO employees, in order to build the skills and confidence of IO employees in navigating and managing difficult conversations.

As such, the program must:
1. Offer focused guided practice with immediate and actionable feedback.
2. Offer a practical approach and role-modelling of productive behaviours in various scenarios.
3. Help build self-awareness around habitual behaviours of each participant (productive and unproductive).
4. Have practical and realistic post-training activities in support of the application of new/enhanced skills.

This training program shall support the learners in making the shift towards more effective on-the-job application of these skills.
