17-314 - Capital Portfolio Master Planning and Future State - Justice Sector

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to retain a Capital Portfolio Master Planning and Future State Consultant (Justice Sector) to develop the strategic roadmap and business capabilities model - facility planning services including Needs Assessment, Functional Programming as well as facility condition assessment, on a portfolio province-wide basis, to assess the current transformational needs embedded in the new legislation, against the physical layout of Ontario’s existing correctional facilities in order to better understand and optimize infrastructure investments (e.g., potential retrofit/redevelopment, expansion and new build projects)  in support of Province Wide Master Planning for the Ontario’s correctional facilities.The business capabilities model and strategic roadmap will be used by the Ministry to focus the critical path and interrelationships between the various inputs that will lead to successful implementation of the transformation agenda.
