17-146 - AFP Payment Schedule Management Services

The purpose of this RFP is to procure a system that can record and maintain a payment schedule for every Government Real Estate Portfolio (“GREP”) AFP project after it reaches financial close.

• This system should allow users to update the payment schedule for all changes/amendments or variations on the project that would have an impact on the payment schedule.
• The schedule should be able to keep track of the capital, maintenance and lifecycle costs associated with every amendment and variation that is entered into the system, separately and preferably with supporting attached documentation.
• This system should then be able to forecast the consolidated expected payment schedule for the foreseeable future, taking into account the original project agreement terms and all subsequent changes or inputs entered by authorized users.
