Description

The IESO is seeking a Service Provider to complete a comprehensive review of the IESO’s total rewards programs. The total rewards programs consist of benefits, pensions, compensation, wellness and recognition programs (“Total Rewards”). Secondly, the IESO is seeking the same provider to complete a non-executive total remuneration benchmarking review.

The IESO employee groups considered include non-executive management / non-union, as well as positions represented by the Power Workers’ Union (“PWU”) and the Society of United Professionals (“the Society”, or “SOC”).
