Description

This RVOR is an invitation to Proponents to submit Proposals to be listed as a Vendor(s) of Record (VOR) for providing services relating to the performance of compliance audit services on all IESO contractual counterparties for contract management activities, on an as needed and ad hoc basis.
The Contract Management group (CM) of the IESO have put in place a series of “Business Use Cases” for standard contract management practices to ensure that projects have been constructed according to their contractual parameters, and that all issues are resolved before the projects reach “Commercial Operation Date” (COD) status. To provide further assurance that Suppliers operate the projects in accordance with contractual requirements, CM is seeking independent verification support to audit the level of compliance with certain key parameters of applicable contracts based on selected samples of those contracts that have reached COD.
Proponents are required to provide submissions demonstrating their ability to design and implement a compliance audit program of IESO obligations.
