Description

The IESO recognizes the importance of knowledge sharing and skills development (i.e., capability building) to foster the uptake of energy efficiency initiatives and, with the support of their service providers, deliver education and training to a wide range of electricity consumers, sectors, and channel partners across Ontario.
To support capability building initiatives, through this RFP the IESO intends to enter into an agreement with a service provider who can: a) develop and implement a comprehensive plan for capability building; and b) provide a variety of additional services centered around capability building in the area of energy efficiency, as further described in Appendix C of the RFP.
