Description

The services contemplated in this RFP are required to support the IESO's Save on Energy Retrofit Program ("Retrofit Program") by: a) providing assistance to Retrofit Program customers province-wide via a "Help Desk"; and b) providing other support services, such as designing and delivering customer training on how to complete and submit Retrofit Program applications. For a detailed description of the required services, please refer to Appendix C of the RFP.
