Description

The IESO’s Energy Affordability Program and Enbridge’s Home Winterproofing Program are designed to support energy efficiency and affordability province-wide for income-eligible households in Ontario. The IESO and Enbridge have collaborated to issue this single Request for Proposal (“RFP”) with the intent of selecting the same service providers, per region, for program delivery as further described in the RFP.

It should be noted that, although this is a joint procurement, the IESO and Enbridge will enter into separate service agreements with service providers as a result of the RFP.
